Simker is primarily targeted at Freelancers, Small Businesses, Agencies, and Enterprise companies who want to make it easier to manage their client projects.
However, anyone that has project-based work, and wants to invite specific people into individual projects to keep track of on-going work, this solution will fit them perfectly.
There's no hard-and-fast rules for who can sign-up, feel free to register for a Freelancer account and give it a test run; it's free after all.
The most common example of what projects are used for is where a website design agency creates a project for each website they're building, invites the key stake-holders of the websites as members of the project, and collaborates with them on each ticket.
However, this is only one application of projects, in theory you could use projects for anything ranging from home renovations to building a car.
You can easily invite employees/colleagues to your account by navigating to the Employees menu option and clicking Invite.
Firstly you'll need to create a new project using the Projects menu option, then you'll be able to edit that project. Editing that project allows you to Invite a member specifically to that project.
Members won't be able to see any of your other projects unless you invite them to those too.
Members can be invited to an unlimited amount of projects within the same Freelancer, Small Business, Agency or Enterprise account.
There is no charge at all for clients, they get their accounts for free once you invite them to a project.
You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. This can be done by an Administrator via the Plan menu option.
